iPad
- An iPad user can tap GALLERY VIEW to see others in their room.
- There is also a + in the bottom right on a participants picture that can be tapped.
- An iPad user also has access to the PRESENTER selection.
- If they want to make sure they are seeing everyone or want to know who is in the room, they can tap the PARTICIPANTS icon and see the participants.
- To get to participants they may have to tap on the MORE button to see their tool bar.
iPhone - When an iPhone user joins, they are not in gallery view.
- The iPhone user can swipe to the left to get into Gallery view to see room participants.
- If they want to make sure they are seeing everyone or want to know who is in the room, they can tap the PARTICIPANTS icon and see the participants.
- To get to participants they may have to tap on the MORE button to see their tool bar.
iPhone/Dial In
- These are participants who choose to dial into the meeting
- The participant will make note of the meeting i.d., appropriate telephone number, and password before dialing.
- When the participant dials the number, they will get an audible prompt Enter your meeting I.D. followed by #”.
- Then a message will say, “Enter your participant I.D. followed by #, otherwise press #”.
- The participant will press # to continue (or if they pause, they will get the prompt for the password in 3-4 seconds. (there is not a participant I.D. so the participant just presses # – this is more for corporate use if needed).
After pressing # to continue, the participants will hear, enter your meeting password and press #. - After doing this, the participant will hear “You are in the meeting now. There are x number of participants. You have been put on hold by the Host.
- You cannot listen or talk until the Host releases the hold”.
- The participants will hear on hold music. Once they are admitted they will no longer hear the music.
- Controls available to phone in participants
- * 6 to mute or unmute
- # to leave a room as the room is closing
